Capture items in a flash
Take a photo, add a name, done. AI automatically cuts out your objects — and no item is ever lost: on a flaky connection the app keeps uploading in the background for up to 72 hours.

Power Mode
Talk instead of typing: describe the object, snap a photo on the side — name, description, quantity and category are filled in by the AI. Box after box, without interruption.

Print QR labels
Small 20 mm labels for things, wide labels for boxes. The print queue fills whole sheets, picks up where a half-used sheet left off, and even prints labels in advance.

Full-text search, filters by category and owner, “containers only” — or simply scan the label. One click sends an entire result set into a list.

Structure with facets
Properties instead of free text: length in cm, colour as a choice, a cable with USB-A and USB-C. Facets can be bundled, multi-valued and compared across units.

Barcodes & identifiers
EAN, ISBN, ASIN & co. with check-digit validation. Scan a barcode and instantly know: “do I already own this?” Product data for books and groceries is fetched automatically.

Microphone on, object in hand, talk away. “Save and next” — and on to the next piece. The pipeline handles the rest in the background:
- Whisper transcribes your recording
- The image analysis cuts out the object and reads text in the picture
- Scanned barcodes get automatic product data
- The language model turns it all into name, description, quantity and category
Finished items land in your review list — glance over them, tick them off, done. It even works offline: recordings wait patiently until you're back online.
🏷️ QR labels that think ahead
Every item gets its label if you want it to: 20 × 20 mm for small stuff, 102 × 48 mm for boxes and shelves.
- The print queue collects labels until a sheet is full — then the PDF arrives
- Half-used sheets? Skip rows and columns, waste nothing
- Print label stock in advance and assign it later — stick first, capture later
- Anyone scanning a label sees the item read-only, even without an account
🧩 Structure when you need it
Facets turn “some cable” into a cable that is 2 m long with USB-A and USB-C. Numbers come with units and stay comparable — whether you think in cm or inches. Identifiers like EAN or ISBN state exactly which product it is.
🔍 Found in seconds
Search, filter, sort — or simply scan the label. Items live in containers, containers in containers, as deep as you like. And with lists you bundle moving boxes, flea-market piles or the workshop order — no matter where the things happen to be.
Privacy
Your data stays yours
ElefantApp runs entirely on our own infrastructure in Germany — including the AI.
Recordings are disposable
Voice recordings only serve the capture step and are deleted automatically once you have reviewed the item. Original photos are replaced by the cut-out version after 7 days.
No tracking
One technical session cookie for login — that's it. No analytics tools, no ad networks, encrypted via HTTPS.
